How It Works

We are a catering company that operates on a minimum sales guarantee for all private catering events.

So What is a Minimum?

A food truck minimum is an agreement between an event host and a food truck. The agreement states that the truck will make at least a certain amount of money while on-site. Should the food truck fall under that amount, the event host will compensate the difference. Minimums range from $750 – $1,500 depending on the event.

Minimums for events in the mountains and outside of Denver city limits may vary.
